Giada Bargiacchi

My PhD research is focused on the comparison between observational data and theoretical predictions of different kinds of cosmological models by the use of both cosmographic and cosmological approaches. I am mainly interested in the use of quasars as high redshift cosmological probes to distinguish among different cosmological models and search for the one that is consistent with all observational data and that can be considered as the most promising one for the description of the Universe.
